are prolonged before orgasm. Small amounts of seminal fluids
ejaculated outside the vagina can sometimes end up near or on
the lips of the vagina and sperm can make its way back up the
vaginal tract where even the smallest amount of semen can cause
pregnancy. The technique is fraught with failure because the
primal need to remain inside the vagina during orgasm can be so
strong that many men are unable to withdraw before the ejaculate
is deposited. Many couples are frustrated by the technique.
